FAQs
How quickly can you attend a reactive callout?
Callouts are triaged on urgency, with attendance targeted the same day for safety-critical issues and within agreed SLA windows for standard reactive repairs.
What sort of work counts as reactive?
Leaking roofs and plumbing, broken doors, windows and hardware, damaged flooring, trip hazards, vandalism repairs, patching and painting, and general fabric repairs that need rectifying now.
Do we need a maintenance contract to raise a callout?
No. Reactive works are available standalone, though clients on a planned maintenance programme get priority response and consolidated reporting.
Will we get a report after each job?
Yes. Every attendance is closed out with a description of works, before and after photos and any recommendations for follow-up or permanent rectification.
Can you make an issue safe and return to repair it properly?
Often that's the right approach. We remove the immediate risk first, then return with the correct trades, materials and access to complete a permanent repair.
