Iconic Building Co

Responsive services

Reactive Building Repairs Across NSW.

Buildings fail at inconvenient times. Our reactive works crews attend, assess and repair unexpected building issues quickly, with clear communication and reporting for facilities and property managers.

Reactive Works

What are reactive works?

Reactive works are unplanned repairs raised in response to a fault, failure or damage, a leaking roof, a broken door, failed hardware, vandalism or a trip hazard that needs rectifying now.

Iconic Building Co delivers reactive works as a standalone service or as part of a planned maintenance programme, giving clients one contractor for both planned and unplanned building needs.

What's included in reactive works?

Reactive works cover the unplanned repairs that can't wait for the next maintenance cycle. One call, one contractor, and a crew that turns up with the trades and documentation to close the job out.

Rapid response callouts

FAQs

How quickly can you attend a reactive callout?+

Callouts are triaged on urgency, with attendance targeted the same day for safety-critical issues and within agreed SLA windows for standard reactive repairs.

What sort of work counts as reactive?+

Leaking roofs and plumbing, broken doors, windows and hardware, damaged flooring, trip hazards, vandalism repairs, patching and painting, and general fabric repairs that need rectifying now.

Do we need a maintenance contract to raise a callout?+

No. Reactive works are available standalone, though clients on a planned maintenance programme get priority response and consolidated reporting.

Will we get a report after each job?+

Yes. Every attendance is closed out with a description of works, before and after photos and any recommendations for follow-up or permanent rectification.

Can you make an issue safe and return to repair it properly?+

Often that's the right approach. We remove the immediate risk first, then return with the correct trades, materials and access to complete a permanent repair.
