Iconic Building Co is a New South Wales building maintenance and remediation company founded on practical trade experience. We bring together in-house project managers, certifiers and a long-standing subcontractor network to deliver works that range from urgent make-safes and insurance repairs to planned maintenance programs and building upgrades.

Our business is structured around responsiveness, clear communication and documented quality systems. From the first site inspection to final handover, we operate with the goal of protecting the building, the people using it and the reputation of the clients who entrust us with the work.
