What are building upgrades?
Building upgrades are planned capital works that improve the condition, compliance and functionality of an existing asset, refurbishments, fit-outs, amenity renewals, accessibility improvements and infrastructure replacement.
We plan upgrades around occupancy, term dates and operational hours, sequencing works so that classrooms, offices and community spaces stay usable while the improvement is delivered.
What's included in an upgrade project?
Upgrades are scoped around the people still using the building. We stage the works, protect occupied areas and hand back finished spaces progressively rather than closing a site down.
Amenity and bathroom refurbishment
Full strip-out and rebuild of toilets, change rooms and wet areas, including waterproofing, tiling, fixtures and accessibility compliance.
